30-Minute Grace Period
Cancel any transaction within the first 30 minutes of initiation for an absolute, no-questions-asked reversal. This ensures accidental orders are corrected before settlement begins.
Hyper-Fast Wallet Refunds
Refunds credited to your PAIVA Wallet are processed in under 60 seconds once approved. External bank transfers follow standard banking cycles, typically 1-3 business days.
1. General Provisions
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which users may request reversals or refunds for transactions processed through the PAIVA ecosystem. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms herein.
All refund requests must be initiated via the Resolution Center within your dashboard. Requests made through third-party channels or direct social media contact will not be recognized as formal applications.
2. Eligibility for Refund

3. The Cancellation Flow
Initiate
Navigate to 'Activity', select the transaction, and click 'Cancel'.
Verify
Verify the cancellation via 2FA or biometric authentication.
Receive
Funds are automatically routed back to the source or wallet.
4. Important Exclusions
- close Transactions involving direct cryptocurrency withdrawals to external addresses are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to blockchain immutability.
- close Payments for premium data insights or one-time analytical reports are non-refundable once the data has been accessed or downloaded.
- close Chargebacks initiated through your banking provider will result in temporary account suspension pending internal investigation.
